  • Experience with Google Workspace ecosystem security and governance models
  • Exceptional empathy active listening and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical shifts into clear benefit-driven narratives
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs for project health user adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Work authorization in the country of the job location

Nice to have

  • Prosci or CCMP certified
  • PMP or Agile/Scrum certified
  • Google Workspace admin credentials
  • Cloud Digital Leader

Day to day

  • Lead planning scoping and execution of complex Google Workspace deployment and optimization programs
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of contact for client leadership
  • Design change communication plans facilitate training and build champion networks to drive adoption
  • Advise clients on Google Workspace and Gemini value realization after go-live
  • Track delivery satisfaction metrics manage risks and support smooth technical transitions
