  • Strong portfolio of ad creative with performance insight preferred
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney Firefly ChatGPT or Claude
  • Comfort working at speed and volume without sacrificing quality
  • Strong communication skills and experience using Notion and Slack
  • Performance mindset focused on creative metrics

Day to day

  • Design high-performing static animated and video ad creative for paid channels such as Meta Google and TikTok
  • Produce creative variations at volume to support testing reduce fatigue and improve performance
  • Leverage AI design tools to accelerate production expand output and iterate faster
  • Partner with media and account teams on creative briefs using performance data and client goals to guide new concepts
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients while adapting to each brand voice and guidelines
