Requirements
- 3 years of graphic design experience
- Agency experience or experience across multiple clients or brands
- Proven ad creative experience for food and beverage or CPG brands
- Strong portfolio of ad creative with performance insight preferred
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney Firefly ChatGPT or Claude
- Comfort working at speed and volume without sacrificing quality
- Strong communication skills and experience using Notion and Slack
- Performance mindset focused on creative metrics

Day to day
- Design high-performing static animated and video ad creative for paid channels such as Meta Google and TikTok
- Produce creative variations at volume to support testing reduce fatigue and improve performance
- Leverage AI design tools to accelerate production expand output and iterate faster
- Partner with media and account teams on creative briefs using performance data and client goals to guide new concepts
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients while adapting to each brand voice and guidelines
