Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in fine art design marketing or related fields
Experience in graphic design preferably with a marketing or creative agency
B2B and B2C experience
Comfortable with client relations including participating in client-facing meetings and delivering presentations
Knowledge of layouts graphic fundamentals typography and current trends within the industry
Experience with tools including Illustrator Photoshop Canva and InDesign
Strong eye for visual composition showcasing creative and innovative ability and attention to detail
Experience creating graphs and visual flowcharts for pitch decks and analytics reports with Excel or AI

What the job involves
The Graphic Designer will create and design all print and digital materials following established brand guidelines for internal and client-facing projects. They will be responsible for all aspects of graphics and visual design and collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to positively represent our brand and clients.
Create and design print and digital collateral, including marketing materials, client proposals, websites, and other communication materials. Establish brand guidelines for the company. Fulfill design requests from client-facing teams from conception to draft and revision. Perform retouching and manipulation of images. Test graphics across various media to ensure consistency. Collaborate with copywriters and creative lead to produce final designs. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. Stay updated on current graphic design trends and concepts.
