Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Strong portfolio showing expertise in both print and digital design
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Motion graphics experience
- Basic video editing knowledge
- Knowledge of print production processes
- Understanding of typography, layout, color theory
- Familiarity with web design
Day to day
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design creative assets aligning with CONMED’s brand and marketing goals
- Design various print and digital materials including brochures, social media graphics, and website banners
- Review and proof designs for errors before finalizing and ensure high standards of quality across all designs
