Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop Illustrator XD After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite products
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex concepts clearly to varied audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with designers and developers to implement new ideas
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance
  • Must be a US citizen and able to complete a favorable security investigation if required

Day to day

  • Design high-fidelity 2D graphics for digital training products in Captivate and Unity game engine
  • Create motion graphics and collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure accurate implementation into the product
  • Work with instructional designers 3D artists and creative leadership to refine UI concepts mockups and cohesive user experiences
