Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field
Minimum of 3+ years of professional graphic design experience preferably in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other design software
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles
Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into clear and engaging visual content
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and best practices is a plus
Must have knowledge of various computer software applications including word processing spreadsheets database presentation marketing and CRM software
Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies
What the job involves
Create high-quality graphic designs for various marketing materials including brochures flyers posters social media graphics website visuals and email campaigns
Develop patient-facing and B2B materials including infographics and other visual content
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
Work closely with the marketing team healthcare providers and other stakeholders
Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to produce cohesive and impactful marketing materials
Present design concepts and receive feedback to refine and improve designs
Maintain and enhance the company’s visual brand identity across all marketing channels and materials
Design graphics for digital platforms including website banners social media posts and email templates
Prepare print-ready files for marketing collateral ensuring accuracy in specifications and quality control
Coordinate with print vendors to ensure timely and accurate production of materials
Track project progress and provide regular updates to the marketing manager and other stakeholders
Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets and project files
