Requirements
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong understanding of typography layout color composition and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines with accuracy and consistency
- Strong production skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
- Experience creating motion graphics animations and video edits
- Proficiency in Figma for digital design collaboration and presentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team

Day to day
- Support the creative team with ongoing production design needs across multiple platforms
- Accurately implement brand guidelines and maintain consistency across print digital social and marketing materials
- Create motion graphics animations video edits and assist with website and digital design projects using Figma
- Collaborate with creative leadership and project teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
