Requirements

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience, designing for print and web and delivering creative products from conception to final delivery
  • Experience maintaining and interpreting brand guidelines to deliver creative products that are on brand and on message
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a relevant coursework/certifications with a strong portfolio of work
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, Mac platform, project management software and DAM
  • Sound knowledge and background in creative development, key principles of graphic design, digital and print production processes
  • Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in print design, typography, layout, and vector illustration is essential for success in this role

Day to day

  • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
  • Preserve brand integrity and develop creative concepts that are consistent with our brand standards
  • Translate art direction and project briefs into compelling communication pieces for print and digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with creative teams and work closely with project managers to ensure cohesive visual content for the ministry, programs, campaigns, fundraising, and events
