Day to day
- Create high-converting video and graphic designs for Meta and Instagram ads email campaigns and landing pages
- Collaborate closely with Paid Social Specialists Creative Strategist and other creators to brainstorm ideas and refine work using performance feedback
- Manage multiple projects across different brands while delivering polished designs on time and using data insights to improve creative outcomes
- Develop performance-driven creative strategies and stay current with design and digital marketing trends to continuously improve results
