Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on product management experience
- Proven track record shipping impactful products from 0 to 1 and at scale
- 3+ years managing Senior Product Managers
- Deep understanding of client growth lifecycles and marketing systems
- Strong ability to analyze complex problems and build end-to-end product strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI into products

Day to day
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers while setting a high standard for strategic thinking and product craft
- Own the strategy and execution of a unified CRM that connects messaging automation AI chatbots and sales pipeline tools
- Partner with Go-To-Market and cross-functional teams to package position and deeply integrate the CRM across the platform
