Day to day
- Support and work in partnership with District Commissioners and Group Scout Leaders.
- Help grow Scouting’s membership through new provisions and community engagement.
- Inspire and advise local Scouting volunteers on growth and recruitment strategies.
- Deliver volunteer recruitment and growth at group level.
