  • Support and work in partnership with District Commissioners and Group Scout Leaders.
  • Help grow Scouting’s membership through new provisions and community engagement.
  • Inspire and advise local Scouting volunteers on growth and recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver volunteer recruitment and growth at group level.
