Requirements
- 4+ years in automation engineering GTM systems or RevOps
- Strong expertise with Zapier Make.com N8N Flowgear or similar tools
- Demonstrated Claude AI power user for technical problem-solving workflow design prompt engineering documentation and automation acceleration
- Hands-on experience with CRM marketing automation and data enrichment tools such as HubSpot Salesforce Clearbit or ZoomInfo
- Strong understanding of GTM motions revenue operations and sales marketing processes
- Experience in ICP mapping segmentation and enrichment strategies
- Ability to architect scalable reliable systems and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical workflows into business value
- Comfortable working fully remote aligned to US EST hours

Day to day
- Design and optimize automated GTM workflows across the funnel using orchestration tools such as Zapier Make.com N8N and Flowgear.
- Architect and maintain seamless integrations between CRMs billing systems dialers and marketing platforms to keep revenue operations running smoothly.
- Use Claude AI heavily to accelerate workflow design troubleshooting documentation and scalable GTM automation improvements.
