  • Comfortable with Attio or comparable CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce at an admin level
  • Experience building dashboards in BI tools like Looker Metabase or similar
  • Hands-on with workflow automation tools such as Zapier Make or n8n
  • Experience supporting multiple companies rather than learning on the job
  • Writes clean maintainable documentation
  • Able to work independently with minimal context and ask smart clarifying questions

Day to day

  • Own and improve the GTM infrastructure across CRM outbound tools and reporting layers

  • Create documentation naming conventions and field standards so the team can maintain the system independently
