Requirements
- Prior experience in RevOps Sales Ops or GTM Ops ideally at a B2B or Enterprise startup
- Comfortable with Attio or comparable CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce at an admin level
- Experience building dashboards in BI tools like Looker Metabase or similar
- Hands-on with workflow automation tools such as Zapier Make or n8n
- Experience supporting multiple companies rather than learning on the job
- Writes clean maintainable documentation
- Able to work independently with minimal context and ask smart clarifying questions

Day to day
- Own and improve the GTM infrastructure across CRM outbound tools and reporting layers
- Audit the current stack identify gaps and fix broken connections so data flows cleanly
- Build dashboards reports and automations that reduce manual work and give leadership clear visibility
- Create documentation naming conventions and field standards so the team can maintain the system independently
