Requirements
- 10+ years of delivery leadership in a fast-paced agency environment with portfolios of $20M+
- Experience managing and growing large anchor accounts with executive-level client relationships
- Proven ability to coach and develop Program Managers across multiple levels
- Experience delivering complex digital programs across CRM web social media and AI-enabled channels
- Strong financial management skills including margin burn forecasting and commercial risk
- Working knowledge of AI delivery tools and how to integrate them into operations
- Experience in connected cross-functional models across CS Finance and Capabilities
- Strong executive presence with ability to negotiate and resolve complex issues
- Fluency in Agile Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with Workfront or similar workflow platforms

Day to day
- Lead a complex portfolio of programs across major clients with full accountability for delivery health margin realization and client outcomes.
- Drive the EDGE connected delivery model ensuring scope staffing financial performance and outcome delivery are aligned across teams and functions.
- Integrate AI tools into delivery operations for briefing resourcing QA reporting and forecasting while strengthening CRM and personalization programs.
