Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related
  • 5+ years in functional safety design and analysis
  • Familiarity with ISO26262, specifically parts 5, 8, 9
  • Experience with safety analysis and creation of DFA, DFMEA, FMEDA, FTA HARA
  • Experience with automotive systems development life cycle
  • Proficiency in automotive serial communication protocols (CAN, LIN)
  • Experience with microcontrollers, SoC, and associated peripherals (SPI, GPIO, PWM)
  • Proficiency in tools like Doors, Medini, Rhapsody
  • Understanding of electrical circuit design



What the job involves

  • Design and analyze electrical hardware for functional safety in automotive contexts
  • Support the creation and maintenance of electrical DFMEA, DFA, FMEDA, FTA
  • Collaborate with electrical engineering team and review customer requirements and safety manuals
