7+ years of programmatic advertising experience with proven commercial acumen
Experience in building and leading a remote team in the programmatic advertising industry
Hands-on experience with ad tech platforms (DSP) or programmatic service providers
Proven track record in creating media proposals for agencies and growing client relationships
Experience in game advertising will be highly regarded
Thrives in fast-paced remote startup environments
