What the job involves

  • Lead the Service: Drive the development marketing sales training and delivery of our full range of Agroecology Services.
  • Build the Hutchinsons Profile: Work closely with the supply chain to ensure the wider industry understands and accepts Hutchinsons as the most qualified and capable service provider in sustainable farming practices.
  • Service Standards: Be responsible for the delivery of all Agroecology Services to ensure that they meet the standards defined within the Hutchinsons Agroecology Charter.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Ensure Hutchinsons is recognised as the leading provider of agroecology and regenerative farming expertise in the UK.
  • Sales Excellence: Promote sell and deliver our services to new and existing clients while training our agronomists to support these efforts.
  • Develop Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders key clients and prospects to expand our business.
  • Enhance Services: Lead the continuous improvement of our Agroecology Services ensuring they deliver practical valuable solutions.
  • Client Focus: Gather feedback from clients and agronomists to refine and enhance our offerings.
  • Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and leverage opportunities to market and sell additional Hutchinsons services.
  • Train the Team: Develop and deliver a comprehensive training program for our agronomists.
