- Proven experience leading large-scale technology or digital transformations preferably involving AI and IT automation
- Experience in software development IT engineering or product development
- Experience working in complex high-availability environments such as gaming trading or payments
- Deep understanding of AI ML concepts especially LLMs and agentic AI
- Strong communicator able to translate complex ideas into concrete solutions
- Ability to influence colleagues across a matrix organisation
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Hands-on mindset and comfortable rolling up sleeves when needed

Day to day
- Define and lead the company-wide AI transformation strategy to improve cost efficiency speed quality and scalability
- Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases across operations support product development and software development
- Evaluate select and implement AI technologies and architecture while driving adoption and change across teams
