- Strong understanding of the US EMEA and APAC market with a network of key contacts in the cryptocurrency or related spaces
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Day to day
- Play a pivotal role in shaping growth by driving revenue and leading the go-to-market charge
- Lead efforts to establish a foothold in the US market and build a world-class sales team
- Work closely with the executive team to define and execute the sales strategy, establish key partnerships, and expand presence across the country
