Head of Communications

Day to day

• Lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives across the Sui ecosystem
• Help craft Sui’s narrative and amplify its vision to create a foundation for a decentralized web where digital assets are accessible to everyone
• Devise strategic PR plans create compelling stories and work with ecosystem partners and cross-functional teams to uncover unique communication opportunities
• Execute a wide range of product launches program announcements partner announcements and narrative-based communications leveraging diverse channels including trade press and social media
• Provide thought-leadership inviting and welcoming all web3 audiences including developers researchers businesses VCs and other crypto/blockchain enthusiasts
• Identify and manage executive engagement opportunities at key conferences and trade events
• Lead internal communications efforts to ensure alignment and engagement across the organization
• Oversee the creation and consistency of brand messaging across all platforms and communications
• Develop and manage crisis communication plans ensuring the company is prepared to respond effectively to any potential issues
• Collaborate with agency and community partners
