Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in operations implementation or customer onboarding
  • At least 3 years managing a team in a fast-paced data-intensive environment
  • Experience owning onboarding or implementation programs for a technical or data-driven product
  • Proven track record building operational processes and teams from scratch at a startup or high-growth company
  • Strong project management skills with complex multi-stakeholder implementations
  • Deep fluency with data and comfort using Excel SQL Python or similar tools
  • Strong people management skills with clear expectations and accountability
  • Excellent written communication for SOPs docs and postmortems
  • Highly organized with systems thinking
  • Self-directed and decisive under ambiguity
  • Ability to travel within the United States up to 25% of the time

Nice to have

  • Dairy or agriculture familiarity
  • Project management tooling experience
  • Biotech or precision ag background
  • Scaling onboarding across 50+ accounts

Day to day

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle from contract signature through first report delivery and steady-state handoff
  • Design structured onboarding projects with clear milestones owners and timelines for each new farm
  • Build scalable playbooks systems and tooling that improve time-to-value reduce risk and support growth across many farms
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with commercial engineering data science and client teams to keep onboarding accurate on track and well documented
