- At least 12 years in technology delivery or programme management
- Minimum of 6 years leading delivery functions or TPM teams
- Proven track record managing complex technology portfolios with 15 or more concurrent projects
- Deep technical understanding of agile delivery software development lifecycles and AI or ML environments
- Bias toward action and lean process over heavy governance

Day to day
- Build the delivery and operations function from scratch in a fast moving AI environment.
- Lead Technical Program Managers across multiple product squads and shape how they work together.
- Own portfolio health risk capacity and delivery reporting while driving lean consistent execution.
- Design AI enabled dashboards and operational tools that give senior leadership real time visibility.
