Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in customer-facing post-sales roles
  • Hands-on experience with O365 Salesforce CloudCoach or OpenAir Jira and Zendesk
  • International experience working across diverse cultures and regions
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Spanish proficiency is highly desirable
  • French proficiency is a plus
  • Knowledge of Portuguese or German is an asset
  • Experience in international voice and messaging is desirable
  • Experience leading transformation through automation and AI plans
  • Experience managing remote teams worldwide

Day to day

  • Lead post-sales delivery and operations across implementation onboarding support managed services and renewals
  • Define and execute professional services and support strategies that improve customer satisfaction retention and commercial outcomes
  • Work closely with Sales Account Management Product and R&D to drive customer engagement product feedback and continuous service improvement
