Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in customer-facing post-sales roles
- Hands-on experience with O365 Salesforce CloudCoach or OpenAir Jira and Zendesk
- International experience working across diverse cultures and regions
- Fluency in English is required
- Spanish proficiency is highly desirable
- French proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of Portuguese or German is an asset
- Experience in international voice and messaging is desirable
- Experience leading transformation through automation and AI plans
- Experience managing remote teams worldwide

Day to day
- Lead post-sales delivery and operations across implementation onboarding support managed services and renewals
- Define and execute professional services and support strategies that improve customer satisfaction retention and commercial outcomes
