- Experience leading or mentoring designers
- Expert level Figma skills
- Strong understanding of CRO
- Strong copywriting ability
- Comfort communicating directly with clients
- Systems minded approach
- Experience with Shopify Replo or similar tools is a bonus

Day to day
- Oversee the design department across delivery pods and set a high bar for quality
- Build and improve systems and processes that keep design output fast and consistent
- Review mentor and elevate designers while stepping into client conversations when needed
- Create and uphold design quality standards and perform final checks before client delivery
