Requirements
- Deep trading and brokerage expertise across CFDs forex equities ETFs and crypto including order flow market data and exchange or liquidity connectivity such as FIX
- Hands-on experience designing building and shipping AI or LLM based systems to production
- Strong hands-on software development background with active code writing and code review experience
- Proven track record managing multiple engineering teams simultaneously including engineering managers and tech leads
- Experience operating within a regulated financial services environment such as CySEC FCA or equivalent
- Demonstrated ownership of large-scale high-availability low-latency production systems

Day to day
- Lead and grow multiple engineering teams across trading banking social and platform domains.
- Own end-to-end delivery including architecture roadmap execution release cadence and production reliability.
- Stay hands-on by reviewing designs and code setting technical standards and contributing on critical paths.
- Drive AI initiatives from prototype to production for product features personalization market analysis and automation.
- Ensure systems satisfy regulatory security resilience scalability and cloud cost efficiency needs in a licensed brokerage environment.
