Day to day
- Own engineering vision and execution for renter and partner platforms, leading a team of about 40 engineers

- Partner closely with Product Design Data ML and Marketing to set strategy improve architecture and ship high-quality reliable experiences
- Build a high-performing engineering org with strong coaching calibration succession planning and a culture of accountability and rapid delivery
