Requirements

- 15+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of senior management experience overseeing multiple engineering functions
- Expertise in computer vision AI/ML sensor fusion or robotics
- Experience in full-stack development and scalable cloud architectures
- Passion for retail tech AI and transforming physical work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Builder mentality with hands-on leadership and delegation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Ph.D. in a related field
- AR/MR experience

Day to day
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team across computer vision backend frontend hardware and firmware.
- Define and execute the engineering roadmap with a strong balance of innovation scalability and delivery discipline.
- Architect and build real-time AI-driven spatial computing applications that connect digital systems with the physical world.
- Collaborate with product business and operations teams to turn business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Oversee feature and product delivery while maintaining high standards for quality reliability security and customer value.
