• Collaborate with a third-party development firm to ensure quality and alignment with business objectives.
• Continuously assess and improve development processes tools and methodologies for productivity and quality.
• Nurture engineers to consider performance scalability maintainability and security in architecture and design.
• Engage in hands-on development tasks to align initiatives with business needs.
• Create comprehensive technical design documentation including diagrams design specifications data models and implementation guidelines.
• Translate customers' problem statements to prioritize roadmap milestones for ROI.
• Build relationships with ServiceNow product and sales teams for collaboration and knowledge exchange.
• Participate in all phases of the customer life cycle including sales implementation support and customer success.
• Stay updated on advancements in ServiceNow and related technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
