Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience with significant hands-on technical work
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience including direct management of engineering teams
- Experience leading legacy system modernization or platform migration efforts
- Experience in a SaaS data or platform product environment
- Expert understanding of web application architecture
- Working knowledge of React or equivalent front-end frameworks RESTful APIs cloud infrastructure and containerization
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines automated test frameworks and observability systems
- Practical knowledge of application security data privacy and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of agentic coding tools and reliable production engineering techniques
- Proven ability to recruit manage and develop engineering talent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with physician recruiting or healthcare data domain is an advantage

Day to day
- Lead the engineering function for PracticeMatch and guide a team across software engineering and QA.
- Define and deliver a multi-year technology roadmap to modernize legacy systems while protecting stability and customer commitments.
- Partner closely with product, business, HR, and senior leadership to align architecture, execution, and talent strategy with business goals.
