What the job involves
Reporting to our co-CEO, you’ll manage a growing team of 6 engineers.
Cultivate a high-performing culture focused on hard work and technical excellence.
Deliver regular, actionable feedback and maintain accountability.
Take ownership of processes such as product support, QA, and incident handling.
Empower team members to take initiative and drive results.
Work closely with Product to drive high-quality product releases.
Own the hiring process to build a high-performing team.

Two in-depth team interviews.
Final interview with Co-CEOs, possibly in person if based in Europe.
