What the job involves

• Reporting to our co-CEO, you’ll manage a growing team of 6 engineers.
• Cultivate a high-performing culture focused on hard work and technical excellence.
• Deliver regular, actionable feedback and maintain accountability.
• Take ownership of processes such as product support, QA, and incident handling.
• Empower team members to take initiative and drive results.
• Work closely with Product to drive high-quality product releases.
• Own the hiring process to build a high-performing team.
