Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering platform engineering cloud engineering DevOps SRE or related disciplines
- 5+ years leading architecture engineering standards technical delivery or production operations
- Deep expertise with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures
- Strong background in backend systems and APIs distributed systems infrastructure-as-code CI/CD observability and production support
- Experience operating in regulated security-sensitive or audit-focused environments
- Demonstrated success managing delivery through internal teams and external partners
- Strong communication skills with technical and executive audiences
- Ability to evaluate architecture infrastructure deployment pipelines cloud security controls and production readiness

Day to day
- Lead the engineering architecture for a regulated digital finance platform spanning mobile apps backend services cloud infrastructure and third-party solutions
- Build governance standards for development release management observability incident response and production readiness
- Partner with executive leadership compliance and security teams to translate business goals and regulatory requirements into secure scalable technical roadmaps
