Day to day
- Lead and grow multiple cross-functional Product Engineering teams within Marketplace, partnering closely with Product and Design to deliver scalable customer and venue experiences.
- Set clear direction, coach leaders, and create the conditions for teams to operate with strong ownership, autonomy, and pace.
- Shape technical direction, improve engineering practices, and remove friction so teams can deliver reliable outcomes and strengthen Treatwell's Product Engineering capabilities.
