- Own the full delivery process across 50+ active clients
- Manage and improve cold email campaign operations while keeping launches on time and performance optimized
- Lead the operations team across lead generation campaign setup copy inbox management reporting and client communication
- Improve SOPs QA processes internal systems dashboards and accountability to create a scalable delivery machine
