What the job involves

• You will own the HR function, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team and people managers to develop and embed policies and processes.
• Support the team to be the best organisation that they can be.
• Strengthen the fundamentals, take ownership of policies, strengthen recruitment, drive employee engagement and retention.
• Partner with senior leaders and line managers.
