Requirements
- 5–15 years of legal experience in-house and/or law firm with increasing ownership over commercial and corporate matters
- Strong contract drafting review and negotiation skills across commercial partnership and vendor agreements
- Comfortable handling a wide range of internal legal questions and escalating appropriately to outside counsel
- High degree of ownership and resourcefulness
- J.D. and active bar license in good standing

Day to day
- Serve as the primary legal point of contact across Product Sales Customer Success Finance and other teams.
- Manage contract lifecycle end to end including drafting redlining and negotiating commercial partner and vendor agreements.
- Oversee corporate governance board processes and lobbying compliance while building scalable legal processes templates and playbooks.
