Requirements
- Head of Operations Senior Operations Manager Commercial Operations Lead or similar experience
- Experience within FMCG consumer food eCommerce subscription or high-growth businesses

Day to day
- Take ownership of operations and finance across a fast-growing premium consumer brand business with multiple brands.
- Improve inventory planning supplier performance and stock availability while supporting demand forecasting purchasing and logistics.
- Build scalable systems reporting and decision-making processes that unlock growth and improve commercial performance.
- Lead a small high-performing team and help shape the business's future direction alongside the founders.
