Requirements
- 4+ years of partnerships channel or business development experience ideally in B2B SaaS
- Track record of building or scaling a partner channel that drove meaningful revenue
- Comfort with strategic program design and tactical partner management
- Strong relationship skills with operators founders and partner sales teams
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and marketing
- Hungry self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel several times a year
- Bias toward action and learning by doing

Day to day
- Define the partner program structure including tiering incentives and economics
- Recruit recruit and onboard new partners across CPG retail martech and the Shopify ecosystem
- Deepen existing partnerships and enable partner sales teams to drive consistent deal flow
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and marketing on integrations co-selling and co-marketing
