Who you are

• Experience in a senior People and Talent leadership role within a tech-driven environment and management of a small team
• Proven track record in executive-level recruitment and managing hiring processes for critical business roles
• Comfortable flexing between a strategic People and Talent role and being hands-on across both day to day recruitment people projects and BAU
• Experience in shaping and fostering a high-performance feedback-driven culture
• Experience working across multiple regions and building and driving culture within a remote environment
