- Experience in cybersecurity hosting SaaS or adjacent technical and e-commerce environments
- Strong practical knowledge of global employment law contractor models payroll and operational compliance
- Comfort working with external providers and multiple jurisdictions
- Degree in Business Human Resources or a related field
- Resilient pragmatic and emotionally intelligent

Day to day
- Lead and evolve the People function end-to-end across recruitment People operations performance compensation compliance and employee experience.
- Build and continuously adapt People policies and frameworks as the company scales globally.
- Partner closely with founders and executives to turn ambiguous priorities into practical People actions while staying hands-on in delivery.
