- Proven success leading design at a high-growth SaaS company
- Experience building and scaling design teams and retaining top talent

- Systems thinking that connects design decisions to retention and revenue
- Deep ownership mentality focused on outcomes and quality
- Cross-functional leadership across Product Engineering and GTM
- Operational rigor with clear processes feedback loops and accountability
- AI-forward mindset with active use of AI in design practice
- Curiosity about real estate professionals and their workflows
- Experience with complex data-rich or workflow-heavy products is a plus

Day to day
- Define and publish a Product Design strategy within the first 90 days and align the company around it
- Set design principles standards and a clear point of view that elevates the product experience and keeps agent needs central
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve engagement weekly active users and customer-facing quality while translating strategy into measurable design execution
- Lead mentor and scale the Product Design team while building a culture of feedback craft accountability and AI-native ways of working
