Day to day
- Lead and coach a team of Project Managers delivering large volumes of hardware and software capital equipment projects
- Manage workload and allocate resources across multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Monitor risks and drive mitigation plans while maintaining a strong customer experience mindset
- Support cross-functional collaboration and model company cultural beliefs
