Requirements
- 7+ years in software QA with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success leading a shift from manual to automated testing
- Experience managing and developing QA teams in remote or distributed settings
- Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks
- Experience with complex cloud-based SaaS products and distributed systems
- Ability to build QA strategies from the ground up and deliver them
- Experience testing web and mobile applications with automated suites

Day to day
- Lead the quality assurance function and shape a strategic shift from manual to automated testing across the product suite
- Build and mentor a high-performing QA team while promoting a culture of quality continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Design test strategies for complex cloud-based aviation fuel systems and ensure strong coverage across unit integration API UI end-to-end regression performance and security testing
- Partner closely with Engineering Product Customer Success and Support to define quality gates improve release confidence and manage risk
- Report quality metrics test coverage and key risks to senior leadership while supporting compliance with industry standards
