Requirements
- Career built inside top consultancy or equivalent transformation practice
- 12 to 20 years' experience rooted in technology and digital transformation
- Experience designing and running Transformation Offices or Enterprise PMOs from zero
- Governance of programs spanning many workstreams significant budgets and hundreds of mobilised FTEs
- Deep expertise in stage gates benefits tracking steering design and value assurance
- Gravitas at ExCo and board level with confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
- AI transformation exposure is a genuine plus but not the core requirement

Day to day
- Lead an enterprise-wide transformation program with executive sponsorship and a strong AI-enabled agenda.
- Design and build the Transformation Office from scratch, creating the governance engine for a complex multi-workstream change portfolio.
- Drive prioritisation, benefits realisation and executive decision making across business and technology workstreams while holding leaders accountable.
