- 2+ years of relevant experience as an Experience Designer
- Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing
- Convert research findings into actionable items
- Proven experience with interface design, interaction design, and prototyping
- Create UX artefacts for responsive web and mobile applications
- Communicate design processes and solutions to team and stakeholders
- Knowledge of tools like Figma and Miro
- Experience in the healthcare sector
