- Strong knowledge of word processing platforms like Microsoft Office

Day to day
- Work with internal teams to understand product and documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation appropriate for its audience
- Write user interface text, online help, and developer guides
- Create tutorials for end-users on various applications
- Assist with content posting on social media platforms
- Work with technical and market teams to create, edit, and post blogs and press releases
- Analyze content for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain information architecture for written content
