Requirements
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation with attention to detail
- Quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them understandable
- Experienced with Electronic Healthcare Records and/or Electronic Medical Records applications
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong knowledge of word processing platforms like Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle and software development
Nice to have
- Experience with video creation
- Knowledge of content posting on social media
- Understanding of reuse and single-sourcing
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR applications
- Strong written English
Day to day
- Work with internal teams to understand product and documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation appropriate for its audience
- Write user interface text, online help, and developer guides
- Create tutorials for end-users on various applications
- Assist with content posting on social media platforms
- Work with technical and market teams to create, edit, and post blogs and press releases
- Analyze content for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain information architecture for written content
