Requirements
- Three to five years of IT user support experience in a complex business environment
- Two plus years supporting Windows 10 Office 365 and Apple iOS
- Basic understanding of networking and DNS
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for applications operating systems and hardware
- Clear verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel to all locations and training as needed
- Additional Microsoft or Cisco certifications are a plus

Day to day
- Provide overnight IT help desk support for office and field users across multiple locations
- Respond to support requests by phone email remote desktop and desk-side support
- Prioritize diagnose and resolve hardware software mobile device and user access issues independently or with field support
- Maintain desktop laptop and virtual desktop images assist with rollouts and support Microsoft Intune
