Requirements

  • Three to five years of IT user support experience in a complex business environment
  • Two plus years supporting Windows 10 Office 365 and Apple iOS
  • Basic understanding of networking and DNS
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for applications operating systems and hardware
  • Clear verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel to all locations and training as needed
  • Additional Microsoft or Cisco certifications are a plus

  • Provide overnight IT help desk support for office and field users across multiple locations
  • Respond to support requests by phone email remote desktop and desk-side support

  • Maintain desktop laptop and virtual desktop images assist with rollouts and support Microsoft Intune
