Day to day
- Review video assessments and conduct one-on-one interviews to identify motivated and professional Medical Scribe and Clinical Assistant candidates.
- Extend formal offers through the ATS and maintain accurate documentation of hiring decisions and offer activity.
- Monitor staffing algorithms and workforce dashboards daily while partnering with TA and operational leaders to fill open positions efficiently.
