Day to day

  • Plan and coordinate multiple domestic charge point installations across a designated region, creating efficient schedules that balance installer availability and customer commitments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for domestic operations enquiries, handling calls with confidence and accuracy while supporting installer and customer questions.
  • Build strong relationships with installers and stakeholders to improve regional capacity, streamline route planning, and deliver a smooth customer experience.
