Requirements

  • 3+ years HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or actively pursuing
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Experience using HR systems such as Rippling or similar
  • Clear empathetic and collaborative communication skills
  • Comfortable working across time zones cultures and regulatory frameworks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern HR tools

Day to day

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries and keep the HR inbox running smoothly.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment support and onboarding through to probation changes and offboarding.
  • Handle employee relations cases and partner with managers to provide practical HR guidance coaching and support.
  • Maintain accurate HR records produce reports and help improve processes systems and people initiatives.
