Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in HR transformation, HR operations, consulting, or program delivery
- Proven experience leading change management, process design, and transformation delivery
- Track record delivering integrated initiatives with stakeholder alignment and dependency management
- Experience working within or closely alongside HR functions or HR Technology
- Strong stakeholder influence and change management skills
- Structured problem-solver and systems thinker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity with AI tools, generative AI, workflow automation, or digital assistants

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end HR transformation initiatives from planning and design through implementation, delivering measurable outcomes and clear timelines.
- Partner with HR functional leads, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable, integrated deliverables.
- Analyze and redesign HR processes, build change adoption materials, and support responsible AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
